Paul Bélanger, Founding Co-Partner, (Ph.D., Geography, State University of New York at Buffalo) is a political geographer with a background in geo-demographics, business geographics, and political and electoral analysis. Complementing his advanced training and experience with geographic information systems (GIS) and spatial analysis, he has worked for over a decade in a number of research positions, both in corporate Canada and in academia. He has published in academic journals on the basis of his research.

Anne Robinson Wadsworth, Associate,  (BA, Anthropology, Bowdoin College) has a variety of experience in communications, community relations and marketing as well as policy and politics. She served as Education Policy Advisor to New York State Assemblyman Sam Hoyt, worked on Wes Clark's 2004 presidential campaign, and interned in the office of U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer.

Munroe Eagles, Founding Co-Partner,  (Ph.D., Political Science, University of California, Irvine) has been conducting research in electoral politics in a variety of American, British, and Canadian settings for more than two decades. Author of numerous academic studies, his latest coauthored book is entitled Politics is Local (Oxford University Press, 2005). He has consulted widely with governments and political organizations in Canada and the US. He has provided expert witness testimony in a number of jurisdictions.
